We charge an approximately 50% non-refundable deposit at checkout; you'll pay the balance at pickup. All orders are cut to our best estimate.

- Grass fed grain finished Black Angus, non-GMO, no antibiotics, no added hormones
- Classic seasoning includes salt, black pepper, olive oil, thyme, and slices of garlic
- Marbre is essentially short rib tender (boneless)
- Each package includes five approximately 0.5" thick slices
- Each package weighs ~1 -1.5 lbs
