We are a French Boucherie founded not only with a passion for delicious, fresh food but also for caring for the health of the environment, the animals, and our beloved customers.

Our dedication to quality drives everything we do at Olivier's. We sort our products in person, guaranteeing that only the highest quality meats are selected for showcase in the shop. We work with producers using sustainable methods, so the impact of the products we offer only lingers on our customers’ palates and not the land.

We use old-world methods and tools to utilize the whole animal and age every piece to your order. Pre-order your favorite cuts online or stop by the shop to browse each day's selection and talk with our knowlegable staff.  

We are proud to continue the tradition of local butchery in Dogpatch, and are honored to be part of your table--from Tuesday night dinner to celebrations and holidays. It’s a great life when you have great food-and it is truly our pleasure to share our values and products with you.
