- Classic seasoning includes salt, black pepper, olive oil, thyme, and slices of garlic
- Grass fed grain finished Black Angus, non-GMO, no antibiotics, no added hormones
- The whole plate of bone-in short ribs is cut in half lengthwise and then cut by the rib. You'll end up with a cube that measures between 2.5" and 3" long.
- Each package contains 3 bone-in short ribs cubes
- Each package weighs ~1.3 - 2.5 lbs
