Cooking Suggestions

For a 2 lb Roti:

1) Season with salt and let your roast beef rest at room temperature before cooking

2) Preheat oven at 350°F

3) With a drizzle of olive oil, sear on all sides until the surface of the roast is caramelized. You can also add some peeled shallots or garlic cloves.

4) Put in the oven for 30 mins mins with a few thin slices of butter on top

6) Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Every vacuum bag is BPA-Free as well as FDA and USDA-Compliant.

You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide and freeze your order.

Except if your order is seasoned or marinated, if you would like your order to be wrapped in Butcher Paper, you can specify it at checkout in the "Special Instructions Box".
