  • The Classic Seasoning includes: Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Thyme and slices of Garlic
  • One whole Bone-in Pork Chuck weighs roughly between 8 to 10 lb
  • One whole Boneless Pork Chuck weighs roughly between 6 to 7 lb
  • A 1 inch or less bone in steak is cut from the chuck. It offers a particularly marbled steak tender and tasty. Rich and economic, it is best to simply grill it, pan sear or barbecue.
  • Can also be roasted whole or braised.

Cooking Suggestions

For a steak: Easy to grill or pan sear 4-8 minutes each side depending on thickness.

For a roast: Preheat the oven at 350°F. Sear the roti at all side on a high heat roasting pot, then transfer into the oven until the internal meat cook at 140°F. Let it rest about 10mins before crave or serving.

Every vacuum bag is BPA-Free as well as FDA and USDA-Compliant.

You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide and freeze your order.

Except if your order is seasoned or marinated, if you would like your order to be wrapped in Butcher Paper, you can specify it at checkout in the "Special Instructions Box".
