  • Fairly lean, mildly flavored meat with a thick cap of fat on top, stuffed with dried apricots and prunes

Cooking Suggestions

1. Preheat the oven at 350° F or 375° F degrees.

2. Place the roast on a roasting pan.

3. Cook the roast approximately 20 - 25 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 140° - 145° F degrees.

4. Cover the roast and let it rest for another 3-5 mins.
