Cooking Suggestions
*Pork loin steaks is best grilled or on stove top over moderate heat.
*Pork Loin Roast:
1. Preheat the oven at 350° F or 375° F. degrees
2. Cook the Roast for approximately 20 - 25 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140° F - 145° F followed by a 3-minute rest.
