  • Unseasoned: $14.99/lb, Seasoned: $15.99/lb
  • The Classic Seasoning includes: Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Thyme and slices of Garlic
  • One Whole Bone-in Lamb Leg Roast weighs roughly between 6 lb and 8 lb
  • Best to slow roast, braise or stew

Cooking Suggestions

For a 7 lb Bone-in Roast:

1) Preheat oven to 350°F
2) Season the leg with salt, pepper and olive oil and let rest at room temperature for 30 mins
3) Place the lamb in the middle of the oven for 2 - 2 ½ hours or until the internal meat temperature reaches 130°F
4) Transfer to a cutting board and let it stand for about 10 - 15 minutes (internal temperature will rise to about 135°F -140°F for medium-rare).
