  • Unseasoned: $32.99/lb, Seasoned: $33.99/lb
  • The Classic Seasoning includes: Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Thyme and slices of Garlic
  • Each Package contains 4 frenched ribs and weighs roughly between 1 lb and 1.5 lb
  • Pasture-raised humanely with the utmost care

Cooking Suggestions

For Seasoned Chops: Grill over high heat for 2 ½ to 3 minutes on each side, on the grill or stovetop

For Seasoned Whole Rack:

1) Let the lamb rack rest at room temperature for 30 mins
2) Preheat oven to 450°F then place the lamb roast on a sheet pan on the top rack for 15 mins (fat side pointing up)
3) Turn the lamb over and roast for 5 mins (or longer, depending on the desired doneness)
4) Remove the lamb from the oven and cover loosely with aluminum foil
5) Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
