  • Lamb breast is the lower part of the body of the animal also known as Lamb Riblets when ribs are separated from the rack.
  • Can be roasted, grilled or slow cooked

Cooking Instructions

Slow roast or stir fry when cut in pieces. Lamb belly is another perfect cut for any stuffing for slow roast.

When roast: reheat the oven to 350°F. Sear the meat well on all sides in a heavy pot or Dutch oven before place in the oven and cook until internal meat reach at 160°F.
