- Each package weighs roughly between 1.4 lb and 1.8 lb

Cooking Suggestions
Cooking Suggestions
1) Let the roti come to room temperature 1 - 2 hours
2) Preheat your oven 400ºF
3) Place the roti on a rack inside a roasting pan
4) Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
5) Lower the oven temperature to 325ºF until the roast finishes and the skin turns golden. The internal temperature reaches 140- 145ºF
6) Allow the roti to rest for 10 minutes.
7) Cut the roast into about 1 - 1.5 inch thick slices, removing and discarding the string as you do. The roast is now ready to serve.

You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide and freeze your order.
Except if your order is seasoned or marinated, if you would like your order to be wrapped in Butcher Paper, you can specify it at checkout in the "Special Instructions Box".
