    • Each package includes 1/2 hanger steak (which is half lengthwise of what is pictured)

    Cooking Suggestions

    On the grill:
    1) Preheat a grill over medium-high heat with a bit of oil

    2) Grill the steak, turning once, until medium-rare, about 5 minutes per side.

    3) Transfer to a cutting board and let stand for 10 minutes. Slice meat against the grain.

    On the stove-top:
    1) Preheat your skillet on the stove at high heat.

    2) Dry your steak of excess moist and season it with salt and pepper.

    3) Cook into the hot skillet for 6 to 8 minutes
    Turn them occasionally so they cook evenly.

    4) Transfer steaks to a carving board and let rest for about 5 minutes, then slice against the grain before serving.
