Cooking Suggestions
Cooking Suggestions
1. Remove from refrigeration 30–45 minutes before cooking for even roasting.
2. Preheat the Oven to 375°F or 400°F.
3. Prepare for the Roast
Place roti on a roasting tray or cast‐iron pan, seam-side down.
Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
Season the exterior with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
4. Roast at 375°F for 60–75 minutes or at 400°F 45-55 mins
Internal temperature must reach:
• 165°F in the center of the stuffing
• 165°F in the thickest part of the chicken
5. Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing to preserve juices and allow stuffing to set.
6. Slice the roast and pair with your favorite seasonal sides dish
