- Unseasoned: $10.15/lb, Seasoned/Marinated: $11.15/lb
- Free-range, Pasture-raised, and Air-chilled.
- Each Brick chicken weighs roughly between 2.3 lb and 3.5 lb.
- A whole chicken with the breast bones removed.
- As it allows the chicken to lay flat in the oven, it will cook faster and more evenly.

You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide and freeze your order.
