Each Brick chicken weighs roughly between 2.3 lb and 3.5 lb.
A whole chicken with the breast bones removed.
As it allows the chicken to lay flat in the oven, it will cook faster and more evenly.

Every vacuum bag is BPA-Free as well as FDA and USDA-Compliant.

You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide and freeze your order.
