Prices displayed are weight-based estimates. At checkout, you will select a pickup date (December 19th-24th, 26th-31st) and pay an approximately 50% non-refundable deposit. All orders are cut to our best estimate; you’ll pay the balance at pickup.
After Friday, December 18th, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations. We will be closed December 25th, and open from 10 am - 3pm on December 31st.
- Unseasoned: $10.15/lb, Seasoned/Marinated: $11.15/lb
- Free-range, antibiotic-free, and air-chilled.
- Each brick chicken weighs ~2.3-3.5 lbs, perfect for 3-4 people.
- A whole chicken with the breast bones removed, allowing it to lay flat in the oven and cook faster and more evenly.

You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide or freeze your order.
