No changes or cancellations on all Thanksgiving orders are accepted after Saturday, November 22nd, 2025.
All cancellations before Saturday, November 22nd will require a 48 hours notice.

Unseasoned: $10.15/lb, Seasoned/Marinated: $11.15/lb
Free-range, antibiotic-free, and Air-chilled.
Each Brick chicken weighs roughly between 2.3 lb and 3.5 lb.
A whole chicken with the breast bones removed.
As it allows the chicken to lay flat in the oven, it will cook faster and more evenly.
Perfect for 3-4 people

We vacuum seal every item.

Every vacuum bag is BPA-Free as well as FDA and USDA-Compliant.

You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide and freeze your order.
