  • One tongue roughly weighs between 1.5 lb and 3 lb.
  • Each package includes 1 Beef Tongue
  • Soft, tender meat with lean and fattier parts makes it rich in taste.
  • It produces a buttery-like texture that tastes great in soups paired with noodles and fresh vegetables.
  • It is best known to be slow-cooked, braised in a sauce or wine, or serve as cold cuts. 

Cooking Suggestions

1) Cover the tongue entirely with salted water in a soup pot

2) Boil the tongue for at least two to three hours, it will help when you need to remove the tough outer skin.

3) Remove the tongue from the water and let it rest to cool down (you can also put it in an ice bath)

4) Remove the skin
