  • The whole plate of bone-in short ribs is cut in half lengthwise and then cut by the rib. You'll end up with a cube that measures between 2.5" and 3" long.
  • Each package contains 3 bone-in short ribs cubes
  • Each package weighs roughly between 1.3 lb and 2.5 lb
