    Cooking Suggestions

    1) Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat (about 400°F to 450°F).

    2) Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

    3) Place the steak directly over the flame and cook until the meat thermometer reads 135°F in the thickest part (for medium rare)

    4) Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving
