    • Grass Fed Grass Finished Black Angus, Non-GMO, No Antibiotics, No added Hormones
    • One whole filet tail weighs roughly between 0.25 lb and 0.5 lb
    • Classic Seasoning includes: Salt, Black Pepper, Olive oil, Thyme and thin slices of Garlic.
    • Very Tender and delicious.
    • A perfect little steak for a quick sear in the pan 

    Cooking Suggestions

    The best way to cook it is to sear the Filet over high heat on a stovetop until browned, then finish cooking in the gentle, even heat in the oven.

    We vacuum seal every item.

    Every vacuum bag is BPA-Free as well as FDA and USDA-Compliant.

    You can also use our bags to directly sous-vide and freeze your order.

    Except if your order is seasoned or marinated, if you would like your order to be wrapped in Butcher Paper, you can specify it at checkout in the "Special Instructions Box".
