We are looking for a passionate, committed, and experienced manager to lead our fantastic Front-of-House team! This is a hands-on, leadership role perfect for someone service-focused, reliable, and ready to step in wherever needed. This is also a high energy role for someone with a passion for food and hospitality and who is ready to shape the customer experience at Olivier’s Butchery!

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Support daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and store presentation. Including but not limited to:
• Leading store open and close (Weds - Sunday)
• Utilizing the the back of house and front of house teams to constantly maintain inventory in display cases
• Tracking “gourmet” inventory and contributing to ordering and assortment strategy
• Managing customer flow throughout the store and check out flow especially during peak times
• Accurately taking and fulfilling phone and in-person orders
• Displaying the highest level of customer service in-store and over the phone
  
• Manage the existing team, and help recruit, train, and develop future staff to create a supportive and growth-oriented team environment
• Maintain and comply with top standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Become an expert in all of our products, and share your expertise and enthusiasm with our customers!
• Experience OR interest in learning how to cut meat in-store for customers (we will train you)

You are master at your craft: precise, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about quality - have at least 3-4 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meat breakdown, cutting, and processing of meats following safety and quality standards.
• Assisting with inventory records of meat products and daily production.
• Assist in developing new products and recipes
• Maintain excellent service and production goals
• Following food safety and sanitation guideline

You are the key support our Butchers in providing exceptional service with a friendly demeanor. Ambitious learners ready to dive in, get hands-on, and grow through a structured training program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the head butcher with meat preparation, cutting and sausage making.
• Packaging and labeling meat products
• Operating and cleaning meat processing equipment
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
