Turkey Cooking Tips

Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Roast the turkey for 30 mins before lowering the oven temperature to 325°F to continue cooking the bird.

Whole Stuffed Turkey:
325°F oven – 15mins per lb

Whole Unstuffed Turkey:
325°F oven – 12 mins per lb

Be sure to use a thermometer. Your turkey is cooked when it registers 160°F internally… check the breast area!
