Rabbit Rôti with Pork House Stuffing

Just like our Chicken and Duck Rôti, our Rabbit Rôti is deboned and filled with our Pork House Stuffing and wrapped in bacon. Perfect for a party of 3 - 4.
Below is a suggestion on how to cook our Rabbit Rôti. Feel free to experiment and share your methods of cooking.

    Ingredients

  • 1 Olivier's Rabbit Rôti

Directions

1.

Let the Rôti come to room temperature

2.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F

3.

Sear the Rôti on all sides until the bacon is browned

4.

Place the Rôti on an oven-safe pan (uncovered). Then, roast for 25 - 30 minutes

5.

Internal temperature should reach 140 - 145 degrees F

6.

Allow the Rôti to rest for 5 - 10 minutes

7.

Cut the Rôti into 1 - 1.5 inch thicks slices, removing and discarding the cotton butcher twine as you do.

8.

The Rôti and now ready to serve.
