Rabbit Rôti with Pork House Stuffing
- 1 Olivier's Rabbit Rôti
Let the Rôti come to room temperature
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F
Sear the Rôti on all sides until the bacon is browned
Place the Rôti on an oven-safe pan (uncovered). Then, roast for 25 - 30 minutes
Internal temperature should reach 140 - 145 degrees F
Allow the Rôti to rest for 5 - 10 minutes
Cut the Rôti into 1 - 1.5 inch thicks slices, removing and discarding the cotton butcher twine as you do.
The Rôti and now ready to serve.
