Orange Duck Roti with House Stuffing

- Olivier's deboned orange duck roti!

Let the roti come to room temperature

Preheat your oven at 375ºF

Place the Roast on a roasting pan with a rack

Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 145º- 150ºF

You can then lower the oven temperature to 325ºF so the roast finishes to cook more slowly, and the skin turns golden.

Allow the roti to rest for 10 minutes.
7.
Cut the roast in about 1 - 1 1/2 inch thick slices, remove and discard the string. Serve immediately.
