Recipe: Olivier's Butchery

Just like to our Chicken Roti, the Duck is deboned and filled with our house all-pork stuffing, and wrapped in bacon. It is perfect for a party of 4 to 6.

    Ingredients

  • Olivier's deboned orange duck roti!

Directions

1.

Let the roti come to room temperature

2.

Preheat your oven at 375ºF

3.

Place the Roast on a roasting pan with a rack

4.

Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 145º- 150ºF

5.

You can then lower the oven temperature to 325ºF so the roast finishes to cook more slowly, and the skin turns golden.

6.

Allow the roti to rest for 10 minutes.

7.

Cut the roast in about 1 - 1 1/2 inch thick slices, remove and discard the string. Serve immediately.

Bon Appetit!
