Orange Duck Roti with House Stuffing
- Olivier's deboned orange duck roti!
Let the roti come to room temperature 1 - 2 hours
Preheat your oven 400ºF
Place the roti on a rack inside a roasting pan
Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Lower the oven temperature to 325ºF until the roast finishes and the skin turns golden. The internal temperature reaches 140- 145ºF
Allow the roti to rest for 10 minutes.
Cut the roast into about 1 - 1.5 inch thick slices, removing and discarding the string as you do. The roast is now ready to serve.
