- Each Roti weighs between 7 lbs and 8 lbs

Cooking Suggestions
1) Heat oven to 325°F In the meantime, prep your turkey roti. Place roti in a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil on top of skin, and sprinkle salt and pepper to your liking.
2) Place roti in the oven and bake it for about 45mins, then turn the roti over and roast the other side. (oven time varies by size of roti- could bake for more/less time based on weight).
3) When the internal of your roti has reached 155°F , increase the heat to 375°F or turn on the broiler. Roast it until the skin is golden.
(*Monitor your roti after the first few minutes; the skin should be golden brown, not black!)
4) Flip over the roti and broil the top side. Again, carefully watching the skin!
5) Let rest in the roasting pan or on a cutting board for 10 minutes. Serve it with our favorite gravy!
