Cooking Suggestions

Because it is a leaner cut, we recommend a fast-cooking method on a grill or pan-sear. Best to serve it medium -rare.
Grill: 1 inch steak, 4-5 minutes each side.
Pan-sear: 1 inch steak - high heat, 3 minutes each side.
Over-broil: 1 inch steak - preheat 500F degrees, 2-3 minutes each side. Internal temperature: 130F degrees .
