The Boucherie

Founded in the Spring of 2011, Olivier’s main location is in the heart of San Francisco’s historical “Meat Packing district” – the “Dog Patch.” We are your neighborhood-friendly, family-like “BOUCHERIE.”

Our large display cases allow our meats to take center stage, and our knowledgeable staff is always available to advise and guide you so that you can pick the perfect cut every time.

Not sure what to get? Let us do the thinking for you with our freshly prepacked, in-house marinated meat, prepared roasts, and in-house made sausages for convenient storage and quick cooking. We also offer a full range of rubs, spices, and other condiments perfect for your cuisine at home.
