The Perfect Lamb Chops
- Lamb Chops (2-3 per person)
- Mixed Bell Peppers
- Olive Oil
- Juice of a Lemon
Marinate chops in olive oil, chopped oregano, rosemary and thyme, salt and pepper.
Grill over high heat for 2 Â½ to 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with grilled mixed bell peppers, zucchini and tomatoes. Toss vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper prior to grilling.
Squeeze lemon over grilled lamb chops and vegetables prior to serving.
